Terms and Conditions
This is a draft. It has not been reviewed by a qualified Texas attorney.
These terms apply to your use of this website.
1. This website is informational
This website describes the services offered by Texas Timber Fence and allows you to request an estimate, contact us, submit a review or make a warranty request. It does not process transactions of any kind. There is no online payment, no checkout and no billing function on this website.
2. An estimate request is not a contract
Submitting a request for an estimate does not create a contract, does not reserve a place in a schedule, and does not commit either party to anything.
3. An estimate is not a guaranteed price
Any figure we provide is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Site conditions that were not visible or not disclosed can change what the work involves. We will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
4. When an agreement exists
An agreement between you and Texas Timber Fence exists only once a separate written service agreement has been provided, reviewed and accepted. Nothing on this website replaces that agreement, and where the two differ, the written service agreement governs.
5. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, layout and design of this website belong to Texas Timber Fence or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without written permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this website to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, to interfere with its operation, to send automated or bulk submissions, or to upload content you do not have the right to share.
7. Accuracy
We aim to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every description, image or statement is complete or free of error. Photographs of completed work illustrate previous projects and do not represent what will be built on your property.
8. Third-party links
Where this website links to another organisation, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.
9. Warranty
Workmanship on completed projects is covered by the limited warranty described on our warranty page and in the written warranty terms provided with your project. Nothing on this website extends, replaces or overrides those written terms.
10. Limitation of liability
Placeholder — the limitation of liability clause must be drafted and approved by a qualified Texas attorney before publication. Do not rely on this section as written.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the business contact address published on our contact page.
